Arrival at Yoga Magic, a place we look forward to spending a few relaxing days, a beautiful approach in the middle of nowhere, in the paddy fields, then suddenly we have arrived at our destination.

We make a turn form the main road into the countryside, and hidden behind palm trees we slowly discover the lodge.  The main entrance is a stone building, built from the local rust colored volcanic stone, we step through the large gate. All buildings are built with local volcanic rock, or earth and mud on canvas.

We enter another world. The beautiful attendant, looks like a young prince Vishnu, he takes us around.

Peaceful, barefoot, we walk toward the outdoor dining area covered with thatched palm leaves.

It has mud walls on one side, a sitting are with tables and chairs, and a low sunken in sitting area with silk pillows, open with a view over the fields.

Later we walk through the garden and reach the tents. All tents are covered with thatched huts and named for colors. We stay in the indigo tent.

We settle in and rest, this is the hottest time of the afternoon, later we take a swim in the infinity pool. A sumptuous dinner prepared with Ayurvedic considerations and fresh ingredients from the garden follows. Then back to our tent. We sit in front of the tent and sip a mint tea. We let the fragrance of the blooming Geranium tree close to our tent blow over us as night falls.
