Custom Orders
Custom orders are created on the basis of specifications outlined at the time of order and order confirmation. A payment and shipping schedule is outlined at the time of order confirmation. Custom designs are photographed during the design process, photos are emailed to you to allow for changes and for your approval prior to shipping. Size or other minor adjustments can be done at a later time, if required.
Payment and Taxes

Most materials used are from a naturally grown and shaped source, or handmade, some color and shape variations are to be expected, not to be considered a defect. All jewelry is hand made, small variations are possible. All photos are a representation of the piece, unless otherwise noted.
Shipment information
Shipments from Jasmin blu Jewelry are made via the United States Postal Service first class, insured, added to the purchase price.
International shipments: via United States Postal Service first class delivery, insured, added to the purchase price. Please be informed, at this time we are only able to accept orders, and ship to a limited number of countries: USA and Canada, UK, Ireland, Germany, Belgium, France, Australia.
We advise you of delivery times, usually within two days of having received payment, after your order has been placed.
You will be advised by email, when your package has shipped.

Return policy
All products purchased through Shopstyle are sold with the Conditions and Terms of Shopstyle.
Resort-to-Fashion.com, Jasmin blu Jewelry will gladly provide an exchange or refund should you not be happy with your purchase. Please notify Resort-to-Fashion, Jasmin blu Jewelry in writing within 14 days of your purchase and return the product to us.
The product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags. In case of refund neither the original shipping cost nor the return shipping cost will be repaid.
