Flowerchild gone weird

Just something that fell into my hands when I was looking for another image. When fashion went weird.

I like new creative ways to design for the seasons or to express a trend. I like how Project Runway provides a showcase for new talent. But sometimes fashion can be just plain silly. This is one of those silly fashion moments. Hope to bring a smile to your day. It brightened my day, just thinking how fun fashion can be.

This image shows creations by Luella Bartley, British flower child in a 2008 incarnation. Her fearless ability to mix trends from the past with elements of daily life is commendable. I just don't feel that I would ever become a client and wear her designs.
