Prada did it again. The shoes from the Spring 2017 collection at SFA El Paseo tell a story, just when we thought we have seen it all. Comical, juvenile, over the top.
Golden heels with white daisies, the Flower Heel Daisy, for a playful Hippie Coachella mood.
For a soft mellow step, the Kiltie Suede Mules. The chunky Block heel, the 70s fringe and lush texture, the Candy Pink makes this shoe a dream. I channel 70s Gucci...
There is more.
The Velvet Platform sandals. Purple velvet chunky heels, inspired by the 40s Hollywood Diva, rich, thick velvet with a rustic buckle. The chunkyness, the plateau heel, the buckle, is so oversized, it feels as if it comes right from Alice in Wonderland.
Yet, there is even more.
These slick pumps wowed me with their curves and their sandy glow. The 70s channeled, they exude a sense of fun. The kind of curves I wouldn't mind to have. I thought about a classic car from the 50s. Just like the front side curve of the Ferrari Dino?
Yes! That is the new name "The Dino" in honor of Founder Enzo Ferrari.
Can't wait to strut up and down El Paseo wearing those.
Of course I had to create an Edit with my choices for Prada today.
My Edit for Prada Dino for You!
More shoe fun next time, I just think about the Prada mules in candy colors, the slippers...
More is not enough,
Enjoy,
Jasmin
