This year, ideas for our Christmas Menu took me back to Morocco. The flavorful spicy food we were served in Marrakesh had such a different taste than the foods we usually eat at home. Since oranges grow abundantly in Morocco, orange flavor is found in foods in so many ways. Orange zest is combined with other spices to brighten dishes. Very Tasty!
So, our Holiday Menu 2020 featured orange flavors.
