Valentino’s couture in London at Sommerset House. Valentino Garavani is not just the master of seduction thanks to the beautiful feminine gowns he designed, his creations are great masterpieces of the craft of dressmaking.

From the beginnings of his fashion collections, shown at the Palazzo Pitti in Milan, to the retrospective in Rome in 2008, his couture is the symbol of feminine sexy and elegant dressing. His use of chiffon, lace, silk, organza or silk crepe is masterful, playful, unexpected, and it is sometimes almost impossible to believe what can be done with fabric.
