Entry at the Olive Bar & Kitchen, New Delhi, India
One of my favorite places to have lunch in a stylish, outdoor and indoor decor, is the Olive restaurant at the Hotel Diplomat, in Delhi, India.

These Strawberry Margaritas were delicious after a day at the museum in Delhi.
The concept of a stylish garden setting with lot’s white, rattan, washed wood, mirrors, turquoise and white pillows, with European style food is very appealing to me when I am spending time in Delhi, at the Diplomatic enclave, just off Ring Road on Sardar Patel Marg. The quiet backyard setting allows the weary sight seeing tourist some rest and an opportunity for a delicious cocktail.
Now the Olive is changed to Olive Beach, even more lush and inviting, especially in the evening with candles and more pillows to sink into.
I also like the other Olive in Merhauli, close to the Qutub Minar, a hidden garden setting, very relaxing, the billowing white curtains, the light salads, pizzas, or pasta dishes. Just enough to relax and energize you for more shopping in New Delhi, or browsing the handi craft markets close by.
Olive Bar & Restaurant also has a location in Mumbai, and Bengaluru. Definitely a must see and have a lunch.
Of course, the Hotel Diplomat with its white Serenity is one of my favorite hotels to stay in New Delhi. See you there next time…
